OpenSpace is a safe, simple and secure collaborative tool created by our software providers to allow us to exchange sensitive and confidential information with our clients.

It is an alternative to a slow and costly postal system, to insecure email, and to consumer file sharing sites which do not always comply with UK data protection requirements.

We have begun enrolling our clients to OpenSpace. Upon us uploading the first piece of information which we wish to exchange, a welcome email is generated giving instructions on how to create and account and access this, and all future information. It is our aim to enrol as many of our clients as possible over the next year.
